Induction Hob Recipe - Shunde Stir-Fried Milk

As we all know, milk is also called white blood, as it provides plenty of vitamins and other essential elements that we have to have everyday. But in many foods, milk is just always a supporting rule for them. Nevertheless there’s a town in Canton, milk could be really popular and plays the lead for many foods. Today what we are going to introduce one of them- stir-fried milk. People used to call it Shunde sire-fried milk because it came from Shunde.

 

Material: Milk, Egg, Corn Starch, Shrimp meat, Preserved meat, Salt, White sugar, Sesame oil, Minced Scallion ,

 

1. Separate the yolk form the egg white

2. Put the corn starch into the milk and stir them in the clockwise until the corn starch completely melt in the milk

3. Put the separated egg white into the mixed milk and corn starch and slowly stir until the egg white is even

4. Preheating the pan and the oil, then put the mixed milk in

5. Slowly stir the milk in the clockwise and put Shrimp meat, Preserved meat, Minced Scallion when the milk starts freezing

6. Keep slowly stirring for 30 seconds

7. Ready
