Still cooking Chinese dumpling in the same way again? No!!! Today we are going to introduce 3 different ways to cook them. Let’s find out which one you like the best!

 

Fried Chinese dumpling

Material: Chinese Dumpling, Corn Starch, Water, olive oil

1.   Put 2 spoons of corn starch, 1 spoon of olive oil and 100ML of water in and stir until they get mixed and melt together

2.   Preheating the pan and the olive oil

3.   Put the Chinese dumplings in

4.   Stir-fry in a low power level until the Chinese dumplings bottom turned golden color

5.   Put the mixed juice from the step 1 in, and cover the lid until the juice’s gone.

6.   Ready

 

Pumpkin Chinese dumpling soup

Material: Chinese Dumpling, Cooked pumpkin, Water, Salt

1.   Put the cooked pumpkin and 300Ml of water into the juicer and get them mixed and mashed

2.   Put the mashed pumpkin and Chinese dumplings into the pan to cooked them softer

3.   Ready

 

Chinese Dumpling Salad

Material: Chinese Dumpling, Sliced cucumber, White Sesame, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Chili Oil, Ice Water

1.   Put the Chinese dumplings into the boiled water and heat until the water gets boiled again

2.   Add 100ML of water and heat for 3 mins

3.   Put ice water in then fish out the Chinese dumplings when after they got cooled down and dry them

4.   Put the Sliced cucumber and the other seasoning in and make them even

5.   Ready
