Material: beef (slices), potato (peeled and sliced), olive oil, ginger (slices), scallion (pieces), dried chili peppers, star anise , cinnamon, Sichuan pepper corns, garlic, chicken seasoning

1. Preheating the pan and the olive oil

2. Put the dried chili peppers, star anise , cinnamon, Sichuan pepper corns, garlic and the beef into the pan

3. Slowly stir-fry until the beef turned into the brown color

4. Put 2 spoons of sugar and ginger slices in and then stir-fry until the juice’s gone

5. Add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, then keep frying to make the sauce even

6. Add some water (make sure the pork belly is higher than the water surface)

7. Cover the lid and stew for 45 mins in the low power lever

8. Put the potatoes and chicken seasoning in and keep stir-frying for 1 min

9. Cover the lid and stew for 15 mins in the low power lever

10. Put the scallion in and keep stir-frying until the juice’s gone.
